Abstract
The growth conditions for Sr2CuO2(CO3)1-x(BO3)xfilms using the metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technique are determined. Superconducting films (Tc? 30 K) with c-axis orientation are prepared on SrTiO3(100) substrates using dipivaloylmethane (DPM) metal chelates of Sr and Cu, Sr(DPM)2, Cu(DPM)2and [CH3(CH2)17O]3B source materials.
