Abstract
Analyzes the concentrations of dissolved and suspended particulate cadmium, copper and zinc in water samples obtained during two axial transects of the Rio Tinto-Huelva Ria system in Spain, which is severely impacted by acid mine drainage. Complexity of estuarine circulation; Physico-chemical gradients; Use of inductively couple plasma-mass spectrometry; Axial distribution of estuarine variables.
