Abstract
The article focuses on the efforts of Porirua Social Sector Trial project manager Ranei Wineera-Parai in improving the lives of the people in various communities in Porirua, New Zealand. Topics include the promotion of child health, the improvement in the access to primary care and the alignment of government agencies to improve services.
