Abstract
The article presents a study on the learning process and outcomes of Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) students in their field experiences. It states that a collaborative strength-based approach was used in the study which inquired about the students' experiences, field work, challenges, learning capacities, and assets. It also reveals that the student's reflections on their field experience were part of their professional development and self-awareness toward becoming a social worker.
