Abstract
This article presents reprints of three articles about race in the U.S. presidential election of 2008, including one by Paul Harris in the "New Zealand Herald," one by Laurence Hammack in the "Roanoke Times," and one by Peter Wallsten in the "Los Angeles Times." Also included is an article about prescription drugs by Jim Warren in the "Lexington Herald-Leader," and one about mountaintop removal by Debra McCown in the "Bristol Herald Courier."
