Abstract
Acute endophthalmitis after intraocular procedures can be devastating. Patients with acute endophthalmitis after intravitreal injection of steroids demonstrated worse clinical presentation and visual outcomes compared with those after vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor therapy.
