Abstract
The article presents several case studies regarding urban redevelopment in North Carolina. It cites that Mecklenburg County is investing green infrastructure including the Torrence Creek Stream Restoration project. It mentions the Raleigh Walnut Creek Wetland Center is 59-acre education and nature facility owned and operated by the City of Raleigh.
