Abstract
Staphylococcus aureuscauses serious bacterial infections with high morbidity and mortality, necessitating the discovery of new antibiotics. DSTA4637S is a novel antibody-antibiotic conjugate designed to target intracellular S. aureusthat is not adequately eliminated by current standard-of-care antibiotics.
