Abstract
•Multicenter registry including patients undergoing EVAR for AAA using the Zenith Alpha™ Abdominal Endovascular Graft.•Reporting 30-day results on 347 patients from 14 sites.•Prospective data collection and core laboratory-controlled follow-up.•Seventy percent of patients had percutaneous arterial access.•One fifths of patients had hostile iliac anatomy.
