Abstract
The article focuses on embracing a character-education program in schools. The author suggests asking administrators, other faculty members, parents and students on what behaviors they would like to be changed and have them propose solutions. According to her, involving student leaders in workshops will enable them to address issues such as bullying or vandalism, thus, will make students more attuned to negative behaviors in the student body and more willing to share their knowledge with staff and faculty.
