Abstract
The article discusses the advancing rural medical education that effect in improving rural health. Topics include factors, forces and people must work together to develop a new rural medical school that it is a rare event; the shortage of rural physicians spread across the province of Ontario, the government appointed a commission that recommended the province increase training of rural physicians.
