Abstract
The article presents the report of the Committee on Standards and Policy of the American Association on Mental Deficiency Inc. during the association's council meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 10, 1944. The committee conducted a study to determine the views of members on ten issues, including stabilization of the employment of former institution residents, standards for employment, farm employment and services for defective delinquents.
