Abstract
We aimed to evaluate the role of early metabolic response in the management of patients with metastatic seminoma. A significant association was found between early metabolic response and tumor shrinkage at the end of chemotherapy. Simplifying the radiologic follow-up for early metabolic complete responders was an end point. Partial responders included patients with difficult-to-treat disease.
