Abstract
•SETBP1mutations, acting as a first-hit/early event, drive an aggressive myelofibrosis-like myeloproliferative disorder.•SETBP1mutations discriminate between 2 subtypes of triple-negative myelofibrosis, with different genetic landscape and aggressiveness.
