Abstract
The article discusses the study which looked into ways to improve product development in different types of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) companies. It cites the automotive sector that was chosen to benchmark and streamline its processes in meeting price targets. It implies that the product development model from Toyota Motor Corp. has also improved the different types of ICT companies including the large and small businesses and suppliers.
