Abstract
The effect of up to 10 years of lead (Pb) exposure (1500 μg/kg BW/day) on endometrial cycle changes in adult cynomolgus monkeys (n = 30) were examined by real‐time ultrasound. Pb exposure had no effect on peak serum estradiol (E2) or progesterone (P4) concentrations, menstrual cycle length, and endometrial response to gonadal steroids as determined by ultrasound.
