Abstract
The author reflects on the concept of injustice and the implication when it asserts that justice is served when there is an increase in number of environmental criminal prosecutions. He explains that a violation against environmental laws entails culpability because it involves deceit as well as lack of knowledge about certain provisions or regulations. However, with culpability in mind, the author asks when will the principle be applied to employees who believe they are following the rules.
