Abstract
The article focuses on enhancing effectiveness of New Zealand Parliament. Topics discussed include Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Benchmarks recommend regular reviews to enhance parliamentary rules; updating parliamentary language; and promoting accessibility and transparency of parliamentary processes and sovereignty by using new technologies and opportunities.
