Abstract
The article focuses on the Ross Cottage foster home. It presents the requirements for admission. The foster home is a quiet residential house in a quiet residential district with accommodation for fifteen girls. The article reports on Ross Cottage's efforts to make the routine and procedure as close as possible to a normal home.
