Abstract
An interview is presented with Ronald L. Lewis, Appalachian history professor based at West Virginia University. A brief overview of his scholastic career is given, including a bibliography of his published works. Subjects discussed include questions about his family experiences in mining and their influence on him, his encounters with ethnic divisions growing up, and his professional interest in Appalachian labor history.
