Abstract
An interview with Resource for the Future Inc. (RFF) Visiting Fellow Mun Ho is presented. When asked about the status of China regarding the issue on climate change and air pollution, Ho refers to the efforts of the nation to improve air quality. He talks about the article he wrote that China's faltering progress may be partially attributable to a reliance on a command-and control regulatory model. He also shares China's effort to explore how sulfur dioxide (SO2) trading might work.
