Abstract
The article reports on the findings of a research which suggests that exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) can increase autism. It mentions that autism is a life-long disorder caused by brain malfunction, with distinct changes in the brain anatomy. EMFs let calcium into neurons which corresponds to the proliferation of mobile telecommunications. Also, weak EMFs have greater effect than strong ones because prolonged exposure to weak EMFs is more damaging because of the loss of calcium ions.
