Abstract
The article discusses the results of a study on the efficacy of Raboral VG oral rabies vaccine in boosting the immune response of Arctic foxes. According to the authors, the vaccine induced a strong antibody response and protected foxes against mouse intracerebral lethal dose 50 percent of an Arctic rabies virus variant. They added that one unvaccinated fox survived against rabies virus, either showing a high resistance of Arctic foxes to infection or previous exposure that induced immunity.
