Abstract
The article discusses ways on how can shift-workers and runners set a new personal best (PB) to stay flexible with their training, eating, and sleep patterns. Brian Schepisi, training advisor, states that it is important for shift-workers to have a longer training program to avoid burnout. Adam Jordan, marathoner, says that one should listen to how his/her body is feeling and adjust plans accordingly. Jordan adds that one should eat foods rich in carbohydrates and protein.
