Abstract
The article provides information on Pose and ChiRunning technique, which focuses on footstrike. The methods promote a forward lean that naturally limits the time the foot spends on the ground, which in turn reduces the level of braking. The Pose method allows anyone to run further, faster and with less stress on the body. ChiRunning allows runners to run efficiently from their natural centreline.
