Abstract
The pathogenesis of thymic epithelial tumors remains largely unknown. We previously identified GTF2IL424H as the most frequently recurrent mutation in thymic epithelial tumors. Nevertheless, the precise role of this mutation in tumorigenesis of thymic epithelial cells is unclear.
