Abstract
The article reflects on the author's view regarding the "crushes" in the workplace particularly in garden centers. According to the author, crushes have been a major problem in the industry. He cited that if a crush occurred and that someone fell in love with a manager, it has to be brought out to owners and managers in a public way. He added that experienced managers can handle the situations better.
