Abstract
Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia has been associated as a serious side effect of Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) administration in pediatric population, rarely described, and underrecognized. We encountered three unique cases of children under two years old diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease and treated with one dose of (2g/kg) IVIG over a 8-12 hrs infusion, that developed autoimmune hemolytic anemia.
