Abstract
The article reports on results of a study of the association of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) displacement loop dinucleotide repeat polymorphism with breast cancer risk and survival among Chinese women. A description of the experimental set-up and measurement method is provided. The study concluded that the mtDNA d-loop repeat polymorphism may be associated with breast cancer survival.
