Abstract
An interview with Ken Grossman, owner of Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., is presented. He says that it feels good that his brewery is in 30 years of service. He emphasizes that the capacity of his brewhouse is close to a million barrels. He stresses the things to be prioritized on creating a successful, small craft brewery.
