Abstract
The report on the conduct of compliance and enforcement activities for wetlands, riparian buffers and streams in North Carolina is presented. Topics discussed include the potential benefits of increase in compliance and enforcement, site inspections for permit violation mitigation, and the issuance of the Wetland Program Development Grants of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
