Abstract
The article discusses the highlights of The Wildlife Society's annual conference held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2013. Topics discussed include the goals of the All Working Group Coordination Meeting, issues on scheduling and recruitment by the working groups, and the formation of a working group officer forum.
