Abstract
The article describes the case of a 50-year old woman who sustained a closed fracture tarsal navicular dislocation 10 years ago presenting with persistent pain due to arthrodesis in the talonavicular joint she underwent two years after the motor vehicle accident. Evaluated were radiographic film with probable navicular/cuneiform junction osseous consolidation. The article discusses allograft dermal matrix interpositional arthroplasty for the revision of a failed talonavicular arthrodesis.
