Abstract
The article presents information about the prize winner of the puzzle set by Richard Krysztopik in the May 2001 issue. Fourteen correct answers were received, the final diagnosis was emphysematous cystitis and most favored alternative being caelcal volvulus. The winners include John Thurston, R. Basu, and J. Hopkins.
