Abstract
The article offers steps on how to apply heat to fabrics to burn and melt them. It suggests ironing fusible web to the back of the printed fabric as well as taking off the paper backing from the cutouts and fuse the motifs to synthetic felt. It is also essential to satin stitch around the printed motifs with matching cotton thread and heat the entire piece with a heat gun.
