Abstract
Presents a study which found that the Ec7.1 cell line is useful for expression and characterization of class I molecules in an RMA-S-derived cell line which lacks the class Ia molecules Kb and Db . Utilization of major histocompatibility complex class I-negative mutant mouse lymphoma line RMA-S to investigate MHC class I trafficking pathways and natural killer cell function; Exposure of peptide-primed cells to mouse cytotoxic lymphocytes; Derivation of a cell line deviod of Db expression.
