Focuses on the decisions taken by the United Nations (UN) regarding the political conditions in Spain. Reference to a letter sent by Uruguay to the UN Security Council letter on the resolution condemning dictator Francisco Franco' government, barring it from UN activities and requesting the withdrawal of ambassadors and ministers plenipotentiary stationed in Spain; Observation that Spain has been dropped from the International Civil Aviation Organization.
