Abstract
The article presents the discussion on pulmonary sarcoidosis historically been considered a restrictive lung disease. Topics include presence of a mixed obstructive and restrictive phenotype being associated with increased mortality; and combined obstructive and restrictive phenotype or an isolated diffusion defect than they were to have an isolated obstructive or restrictive phenotype.
