Abstract
The article explores the presence and significance of Armenian wooden churches in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly focusing on the travel account of Minas Bžškeanc. It delves into the historical context of wooden church construction in the region, discussing the lack of literature on Armenian wooden churches despite their existence. Additionally, it examines the geographical, historical, and racial theories surrounding the use of wood in Armenian sacral architecture.
