Abstract
Focuses on the BioMed2-Nesting project, a microchamber developed to stimulate and monitor the electrical activity of neurons growing inside the chamber, with emphasis on finding a solution to prevent leakage of neurons from the culture medium beneath the glass-ring wall of the microchamber. Use of Entellan, a cover slip medium for histological sections; Laboratory procedures in preparing Entellan for prevention of leaks.
