Abstract
In the article, the author features artist SoiL Thornton and his artworks, particularly his abstract forms of art. Also cited are Thornton's focus on the topics of self-determination, interpretative violence of capitalist recuperation, infrastructural constitution of identity, and artistic subjectivity, and his solo exhibition "Choosing Suitor" at Secession in Vienna, Austria until November 12, 2023.
