Abstract
The article focuses on the economic impact of online diamond suppliers on jewellery companies which are particularly engaged in engagement and wedding rings business. Topics discussed include suggestions for the companies to improve quality, and customer services to compete with online retailers, views of blogger Dian Wang on diamond sales and prices, and views of diamond supplier Kevin Vantyghem on improving business relationships to gain consumer confidence.
