Abstract
The article focuses on cannabis companies which have donated time and money to nonprofits and local causes. Giving Tree Wellness participates in several fundraising efforts, including Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis. Ocean Greens donated 5,000 dollars to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Shango, a chain of retail dispensaries, has teamed up with Breast Friends that provides hats to women who suffer hair loss during cancer treatment.
