Abstract
The authors convey their thoughts about how to meet the challenges of assessing and managing concussion. Topics mentioned include factors that frustrate clinicians and researchers regarding mild traumatic brain injury or concussion, contribution of dissimilar screening and evaluation processes to practice variability, and screening tools for concussion.
