Abstract
The article focuses on a study related safety environment, psychological risks and Needlestick and Sharp Injuries (NSI) for the nurses in Japan. Total of 864 questionnaires were obtained for analysis. The results reported that hospital safety climate was of good quality in Japanese health care practice but the nurses had too much responsibility in their job leading to mental stress.
