Abstract
The article offers information on the endocarditis endovascular infection which primarily affects heart valves and foreign materials which are implanted vascularly. It discusses the pathophysiology of the infection which is characterized by splinter hemorrhages and lesions. The medical conditions of osler's node, janeway lesions and roth spots which are associated with endocarditis infections are also included.
