Abstract
The article discusses the approach for solubility enhancement technology for pharmaceuticals, use of spray drying for creation of amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs) of poorly soluble drugs and presents an interview with Patrick Glaser of Patheon, who discusses their merger with Roche Holdings Inc.
