Abstract
The article discusses the impact of the Zivotofsky versus Kerry II case and the Court's foreign affairs power divide on U.S. President Donald Trump's administration as of 2018. Topics covered include views on the danger posed by Trump's foreign policy on the U.S. and the whole world, Trump's received permission to defy a foreign affairs law, and his expected justification of Executive power on foreign affairs issues. Also noted is the uncertain outcome of the Court's conservative wing divide.
