Abstract
The article offers information on the therapeutic potential and clinical use of in-utero stem cell transplantation. It discusses various types of stem cells and their clinical potential including human amniotic mesenchimal stromal cells (hCMSC) and hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). It suggests the need for further research on the creation of reliable and safe methods of the treatment though it has already displayed potential for treating birth defects.
