Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 14-month-old boy with a mediastinal tumor. It discusses the challenges of distinguishing between different types of tumors in the mediastinum, such as lymphoblastic lymphoma and thymoma, and the need for histopathological and genetic testing to arrive at an accurate diagnosis. It highlights the importance of individualized treatment strategies in pediatric T-cell malignancies.
